I definitely recommend getting an estimate and consultation for air conditioning service from Matt, the owner of Einstein Air Conditioning. I got estimates from multiple Lennox providers including Costco, Econo Air, We Care, Alps, and Einstein to replace a 20 year old Bryant air conditioning condenser that leaked Freon and didn't cool my father's house in Orange anymore. I reached out to Einstein Air Conditioning through Thumbtack because the company had many great reviews. Matt the owner responded to my request very quickly and came out in person the next day. He is very courteous, attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Matt went the whole nine yards during his initial visit by wearing booties in the house and climbing up on the roof and into the attic to visually inspect the rooftop AC condenser and air ducts in attic. Originally, we were planning to just replace the broken AC condenser, but Matt showed us our furnace was also due for replacement with flames coming out of the side when it isn't supposed to and educated us about better energy efficiency gains by replacing the entire split system central AC system, which includes the condenser, furnace, evaporator coil, and air ducts. Some of the other companies just send sales consultants who don't provide as exceptional level of service and knowledge. In the end, we received the best proposal among all the Lennox dealers mentioned above from Matt. His proposal had the lowest out the door price that was thousands of dollars less than Costco and others, included better premium level equipment (i.e., 20 SEER two stage XC20 condenser with two stage variable speed SL280V furnace versus 16 SEER single stage EL16XC1 condenser with single stage ML180 furnace) and provided the same kind of licensed and permitted installation service with asbestos abatement and 12 months of 0% financing.
