We had a beyond excellent experience. Matt (the company owner) was very friendly and informative, making sure to leave no question unanswered. Upon arrival, a detailed analysis was conducted on our system and he really took the time to simplify for us the different directions we could take. He was never pushy, completely transparent and spent a good amount of time clearly breaking down all costs and warranties. Their prices were reasonable and everything was made so easy that it just made sense to choose them. We knew it would be a big job since both ac and heater needed to be changed so we were excited to hear that he was able to make a next day appointment and finish the same day! I am so glad to have worked with Einstein and would totally recommend them to any of my friends and family ! Btw, they also offer finance plans if needed.
We had our systems done by a 'cheaper' guys at first and it did not go well! System kept shutting off, there was leakage, asbestos he didn't tell us about...After trying to get him to fix it on 3 different occasions, we gave up and called Einstein!!!
